This series was born from an intimate gesture: the celebration of my own wedding.
As a starting point, I invited members of both families to mark wooden panels with graffiti. Their spontaneous traces remained as imprints of a shared past, later transformed into pictorial backgrounds, symbols of family as the first foundation for understanding love.
Upon these foundations emerge paintings dedicated to the qualities that, for me, make life together possible: playfulness, listening, respect, transformation, admiration, resilience, and trust.
Each work reflects on love not as an abstract ideal, butas a daily practice built in relation to others.
Boda transforms a personal experience into a collective metaphor, reminding us that to love is also to intertwine histories, embrace change, and recognize in another the root of our own growth.
